Ok, I know of all the poor over the world, but I'm too selfish to do anything, and that's a character flaw of mine, I'm generally apathetic when I don't know someone.

But may be true as well, and it is, if you know where to look, exactly for the fact it's the Inet, and everybody may go and tell a truth in a random blog found with Google, which may be far more accurate and serious than your average manipulated media.

Nobody has the money to visit everything, and even if you did, you wouldn't have the time. So you have to learn most of the world reading. You don't have time to visit every city and town, to do all the Physics experiments and learn physic laws by yourself, and to try every game before buying one; you have to find trustworthy information sources.

I'm not saying you can stay home and know everything, you have to see some things for yourself and get a taste of real world stuff, but if you want to be wise, you can't just go out and see and learn everything for yourself because the most you'll cover is a province, maybe a country.

As for poor countries, it's a shame they are poor, but I won't move a finger for them. They have to help themselves, like our developed countries did in the past. I'm not stealing anything from them anyways. I got my money honestly, so I don't have any reason to give it away. Sounds selfish, but like Xellos said, I don't know those people, and don't owe them anything. The day they get smart and stop tribal wars, fucking without condoms, and following stupid cults, and they realize education is the key, they'll get better.

India is developing very well though. Most of the people are smart. While they are religous, they are still successful (surprise surprise, not all religions try to take your money). The place is really friendly too. Great scenary.

IRT OCB: I know about India; it's very poor but it's not savage like their neighbor pakistan; some of the religions in India aren't as evil as your average religion. It has mad cultists, muslims, and other kinds of undesirable people, but fortunately, half or most of the people there seem to be smart. That's one of the reasons why I support India against pakistan; India may be a poor country, but most of the people there is decent, unlike others, and it's a proof that poor ≠ savage. Lots of software programmers there BTW.

Yeah, you should look into India's religion, they don't try to have any political power they don't actually have any set beliefs, just the belief that the caste you will be reincarnated into is affected by how you lived your former life. I mean thats not bad at all, is it? And once you live your lives so well you become one with the universe(death).
